We are currently seeking a professional and engaging Guest Relation Host to support the host team in delivering a seamless journey for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and maintain 100% customer recognition of regular customers and VIPs

  • Understand customers’ needs and guide them

  • Act as an ambassador of our brand explaining its organisation, its history, etc.

  • Assist customers with personalised services and respond quickly to all their needs

  • Remembering customers' preferences and special needs

  • Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times

  • Be immaculately dressed and groomed

  • Learn the best possible manners for every conceivable situation

  • Assist and work closely with the team to ensure all customers’ expectations are met

  • Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy

  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Host within a luxury fast paced environment

  • Impeccable personal hygiene and appearance

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • Storyteller

  • Attentive and proactive

  • A passion about delivering service excellence

  • A passion for our brand

  • Fluency in a second language (preferred)
